At ECHO were hiring compassionate reliable team members to support adults with disabilities in our LIFE Day Support Program in Leesburg VA.

• MondayFriday only (8:30 AM 5:00 PM)
• No nights. No weekends. No shift work.
• Consistent schedule every week

What Youll Do (Real Impact Work)

Youll spend your day helping adults with disabilities live meaningful engaging lives:

• Support individuals in daily activities life skills and personal goals
• Lead or assist with fun engaging activities (art music games community outings)
• Provide encouragement structure and positive support
• Assist with personal care when needed (with dignity and respect)
• Help create a safe inclusive and supportive environment
• Track progress and celebrate successes

Basic Requirements

• Valid drivers license with good driving record
