• Perform water mitigation structural drying mold remediation fire/smoke cleanup and demolition
  
  
• Set up and monitor drying equipment and containment systems
  
  
• Perform cleaning and restoration tasks on residential and commercial properties
  
  
• Work in physically demanding environments including crawlspaces attics and confined spaces
  
  
• Handle sewage and biohazard cleanup following proper safety procedures
  
  
• Maintain clean organized and professional job sites
  
  
• Communicate professionally with customers during stressful situations
  
  

• Valid drivers license required
  
  
• Clean driving record (must qualify for company insurance)
  
  
• Reliable transportation
  
  

• Ability to lift heavy equipment
  
  
• Comfortable working in tight or difficult spaces
