At ECHO were hiring an Employment Support Specialist to help adults with disabilities find learn and succeed in real jobs in the community.

• MondayFriday only (8:30 AM 5:00 PM)
• No nights. No weekends. No shift work.
• Consistent schedule every week

What Youll Do (Real-World Impact)

This is not a desk job-youll be out in the community supporting individuals at their workplaces.

• Coach and support individuals on the job at local businesses
• Help build confidence independence and job skills
• Assist with learning tasks routines and workplace expectations
• Support positive relationships between participants and employers
• Track progress and celebrate milestones
• Ensure safety and follow individualized support plans

Basic Requirements

• Valid drivers license with good driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening (including fingerprinting)
