Job Title: Technical Product OwnerAbout the RoleWe are looking for a technically-oriented Product Owner with hands-on experience in fast-paced gaming or igaming environments. The ideal candidate brings a strong engineering sensibility to product ownership — someone who can bridge architecture decisions with delivery outcomes and thrives in data-driven regulated high-availability product  ResponsibilitiesOwn and prioritise the product backlog with a strong technical lens ensuring stories are well-defined feasible and aligned to platform capabilitiesWork closely with engineering teams to define technical acceptance criteria API contracts and integration requirementsTranslate complex platform or compliance constraints (RGS gaming regulations payment flows) into actionable delivery incrementsDrive sprint planning backlog refinement and release management in close partnership with architects and dev leadsEvaluate technical trade-offs and contribute to solution design discussions — not just feature definitionDefine and track KPIs covering platform performance uptime and product engagement metricsCollaborate with QA DevOps and data engineering teams across the full delivery lifecycleRequired Experience5 years in a Product Owner or Technical BA role with at least 2 years in a gaming igaming or betting organisation Strong familiarity with gaming platform architecture — RGS integrations wallet systems CMS sportsbook or casino product layersHands-on experience writing technical user stories API specifications and system integration documentationProficiency in Agile/Scrum delivery; experience with tools such as Jira Confluence and Azure DevOpsWorking knowledge of data pipelines event-driven systems or real-time platforms is a strong advantageUnderstanding of responsible gambling frameworks and gaming compliance requirements (UKGC MGA) preferredWhat Sets You ApartYou're equally comfortable in a sprint planning session as you are in a system design whiteboardYou've shipped product in a regulated high-traffic environment where uptime and compliance are non-negotiableYou don't just write stories — you challenge architecture flag technical debt and own delivery quality
