Job Title: Chemist / Sr. Chemist – R&D (API)

Job Summary

Responsible for development and optimization of synthetic processes for APIs and intermediates including lab experimentation scale-up and technology transfer in compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize synthetic routes for APIs
Execute multi-step organic synthesis and lab scale experiments
Conduct lab experiments and purification processes
Support pilot plant batches and scale-up activities
Maintain documentation as per Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) / Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
Ensure safety and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

. Organic Chemistry (Ph.D. for Sr. Chemist preferred)
2–5 years (Chemist) / 5–10 years (Sr. Chemist) in API R&D
