Physiatrist – Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation – Physician – St. Cloud, Minnesota

PM&R Opportunity with CentraCare - St. Cloud Hospital Opportunity to focus on Neuro-based physiatry.

Summary

This position offers an outpatient-focused Adult Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation practice with minimal inpatient responsibilities and the opportunity to manage a broad range of neurologic diagnoses. You will join a collaborative team of two physicians and two Advanced Practice Providers supported by an experienced multidisciplinary group of Occupational Physical and Speech Therapists. Additional resources include Neuropsychology Headache Clinic services Social Work Psychology and integrative medicine support. Teaching opportunities with residents are available with access to a 17-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit at CentraCare St. Cloud Hospital.

Schedule

• Full-time 80 hours every two weeks Onsite St. Cloud Minnesota

• Days 8-hour shifts 7:30am 5pm

• Limited weekends

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range:$310000 - $390000 per year

  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education experience skills knowledge location and internal equity

  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses quality incentives or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Qualifications

Required:

• Board Certification/Board Eligibility in PM & R

• Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure

We commonly treat stroke-related impairments brain injury and concussion spasticity spinal cord injuries muscle weakness and balance disorders as well as chronic neurologic conditions such as muscular dystrophy cerebral palsy Parkinsons disease multiple sclerosis and post-polio syndrome. We also manage non-surgical sports and overuse injuries emphasizing functional recovery and quality of life.
