Job Summary
Were looking for compassionate reliable Direct Care Professionals to support children and adults with:
- Behavioral health needs
- Intellectual and developmental disabilities
All services are provided using a trauma-informed care approach.
Positions & Shifts
- Full-time
- Part-time
- On-call / PRN
- Days evenings overnights and weekends available
Pay & Benefits
- Competitive pay: $17.00 $25.00/hour (based on experience education and shift)

Talents skills and abilities:
- Computer literacy skills including the ability to navigate record and overall basic computer skills needed for performance-based software as well as an electronic medical records system.
- Interpersonal oral and written communications skills to work as a team member to make observations and to report them accurately to learn resident care methods and to follow oral and written instructions.
- High School Diploma or HSE is required along with past employment experience.
- A valid Montana Drivers License or the ability to obtain one and an acceptable driving record.
- An acceptable criminal and protective services background check.
