Mechanical Facilities Operations Engineer Semiconductor

Schedule:M-F 8am to 5pm
Pay Rate:$185K to $200K Annually
Location: Santa Clara CA
Position Type: Full-Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Hands on running operating maintaining and troubleshooting semiconductor equipment and systems such as HVAC systems UHP gas/chemical systems and water systems.
- Developprocess designs and setup parameters.
- Collaborate with electrical and process engineers to integrate mechanical systems with overall equipment integration/changeouts.
- Monitor and evaluate building systems for performance and efficiency.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers for specialized tasks.
- Conduct facility inspections to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety environmental and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Facilities Management.
- 5 years experience in semiconductor facilities operations and equipment maintenance.
- Experience with CAD/Solidworks and facilities design.
- Experience managing teams and/or projects.
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and cleanroom requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferences:
- Hands-on experience with semiconductor fabrication equipment and cleanroom protocols.
