Mechanical Facilities Operations Engineer Semiconductor

• Hands on running operating maintaining and troubleshooting semiconductor equipment and systems such as HVAC systems UHP gas/chemical systems and water systems.
• Developprocess designs and setup parameters.
• Collaborate with electrical and process engineers to integrate mechanical systems with overall equipment integration/changeouts.
• Monitor and evaluate building systems for performance and efficiency.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for specialized tasks.
• Conduct facility inspections to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety environmental and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Facilities Management.
• 5 years experience in semiconductor facilities operations and equipment maintenance.
• Experience with CAD/Solidworks and facilities design.
• Experience managing teams and/or projects.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and cleanroom requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferences:

• Hands-on experience with semiconductor fabrication equipment and cleanroom protocols.
