The work model for the role is: remote (#Li-Remote); there is flexibility in where the individual lives and works but near the Lake Mary FL office is ideal. Travel is estimated to be 30%-40%.

Qualifications for the role:

• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering Control Systems Computer Engineering or related field required

• 8 years of experience with 2 years dedicated to SCADA system design and strong knowledge of Industrial Networking (e.g. ABB Zenon GE CIMPLICITY GE iFIX Wonderware Ignition ClearSCADA etc.) preferred

• Control Systems & Automation Expertise: Proficient in PLC programming HMI/SCADA development alarming trends control logic and control system architectureincluding relays controllers processors and industrial automation platforms.

• Industrial Networking & Cybersecurity: Strong knowledge of L2/L3 networking VLANs routing redundant topologies (RSTP/PRP/HSR) diagnostics tools secure remote access and OT cybersecurity standards (IEC 62443).

• Protocols Hardware & Integration: Experienced with industrial communication protocols (Modbus DNP3 IEC 61850 OPC PROFINET EtherNet/IP) and network hardware (managed switches firewalls gateways routers).

• Technical Leadership & CrossFunctional Skills: Skilled in testing commissioning troubleshooting quality control change management power systems understanding and multidisciplinary collaboration; proficient with MS Office AutoCAD/ePlan SAP and emerging IIoT/cloud solutions.

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicants qualifications and experience this position is expected to pay between $100500 and $160800 annually and is eligible for a short-term incentive plan/annual bonus.
