Whatyoullbe doing
The Studio Production Manager leads internal and external production projects for the studio while helping OFA Film & Media students build real-world skills through hands-on work. This role creates meaningful project opportunities that strengthen job readiness and support employment outcomes.
In this role you will:
Lead production projects from planning through delivery including timelines client communication deliverables and overall project success.
Develop and grow internal and external production opportunities that create hands-on learning paidinternship and work experience opportunities for students.
Build relationships with clients partners and internal teams to support studio growth and student placement pathways.
Coach students as they build production skills create portfolios and prepare for employment in film and media.
Support studio operations including equipment oversight media organization budgeting and related administrative processes.
Partner with the Studio Manager and other teams to align projects with studio capacity program goals and student needs.
Support film shoots outreach efforts andotherprogram needs as assigned.

Qualifications
Experience
Three or more years of experience in film or media production with a solid understanding of production workflows tools and on-set practices.
Experience coaching teaching or mentoring others in hands-on and inclusive learning environments.
Ability to support students as they build skills create digital portfolios and prepare for employment.
Knowledge of career pathways across pre-production production and post-production.
Strong communication organization relationship-building and project management skills.
Preferred
Experience working with adults with disabilities.
Experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization.
Knowledge of disability services and related regulations including Title 17 and Title 22.
Experience supporting job readiness employment preparation or career development.
Other Requirements
21 years of age or older
A valid drivers license reliable transportation and an acceptable driving record arerequiredfor this role.
This role requires travel within the region where services are provided.
Final candidates must successfully complete a background check.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
This position requires the employee to regularly stand walk sittalkandhear. The employee must be capable of writing using a computer keyboardtelephoneand related office equipment. Ability to lift 10lbs. required.
