Your Role
Mallee District Aboriginal Services (MDAS) is one of Victorias largest Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations.
An opportunity is available for a proactive and detail orientedAsset Coordinator to support the effective management of organisational assets across all MDAS programs.
In this role you will be responsible for maintaining accurate asset data and systems supporting asset management planning and ensuring strong governance across asset processes. Working closely with internal stakeholders you will play a key role in improving asset visibility compliance and operational efficiency.
This is a permanent full time position based at our Mildura office location.

Key Selection Criteria
Strong attention to detail with experience in data management and systems administration.
Demonstrated ability to analyse information and identify improvements in processes and data quality.
Proven experience in asset management facilities or administration with proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.
Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Demonstrated high level of communication and intercultural skills with ability to engage and consult with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated commitment to community development and cultural preservation.
Qualification/s & experience
- Tertiary Qualifications in a business-related field and/or working towards preferrable with substantial experience with management expertise in assets; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/trainings.
Other Screening Requirements
- A current drivers license that allows driving in Australia
- A current Victorian Employee Working with Children Check
- A current National Police check
