Full-time 40 hours per week with potential for overtime
Standard workweek is Monday through Friday
Typical project start times are 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM
Pay range: $23 to $27 per hour depending on experience

Flexible scheduling to accommodate midweek appointments when possible

Perform interior exterior and cabinet painting for residential and commercial properties
Meet project timelines while maintaining high quality standards
Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every job
Complete required job site documentation accurately and timely
Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
Collaborate effectively with team members and leadership
Minimum of 2 years of professional painting experience required
Ability to consistently arrive on time and adhere to schedules
Strong communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record and insurable status
Ability to perform physically demanding work with energy and endurance
Experience leading job sites crews or small teams
Ability to coach train and support less experienced painters
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and guide others to meet quality and timeline expectations
