Highly professional and discreet UHNW private family office is seeking an experienced Estate Manager to oversee operations at a premier estate in Woodside CA. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in structured high-standard environments and brings strong leadership organization and judgment to managing complex household operations.
Job Title: Estate Manager (Private Family Office)
Location: Woodside CA (Onsite)
Compensation: $220K - $275K base benefits
About the Role:
As the Estate Manager you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a premier estate ensuring the property is maintained to exceptional standards. You will lead household staff manage vendors and coordinate all aspects of estate operations with a high level of discretion efficiency and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily estate operations ensuring the property is maintained to exceptional standards
- Manage household staff vendors and service providers across the estate
- Coordinate property maintenance renovations and vendor relationships
- Oversee household budgets inventory and operational systems
- Ensure smooth execution of household logistics special projects and occasional events
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in estate management within UHNW households or private family offices
- Highly professional and discreet
- Comfortable operating in structured high-expectation environments
- Experience managing household staff vendors and complex property operations
- Strong communication skills sound judgment and a service-oriented mindset
