Personal Lines Specialist
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Lines Specialist to join a growing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional to build and manage a personal lines book of business focusing on home and auto insurance. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $55000 - $70000 annually based on experience.

Responsibilities
- Build and grow a personal lines book of business with a focus on home and auto insurance.
- Drive new business sales by leveraging provided leads and personal initiative.
- Maintain and retain existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline processes.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Property and Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software preferred.
- Soft Skills:
