LifeWorks is hiring an Occupational Therapist in Tracy CA! We are currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate OT to provide coverage for our Tracy-area clients. What Youll Do
As an Occupational Therapist with LifeWorks you will provide high-quality individualized therapy services that help clients build skills confidence and independence in everyday life. Youll collaborate closely with families and other professionals while creating personalized treatment plans that support meaningful progress.
In this role you will:
- Evaluate clients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide engaging client-centered occupational therapy sessions
- Support development of functional motor sensory and daily living skills
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to promote carryover at home
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team committed to strong client outcomes
- Participate in team meetings mentorship and ongoing professional development
Who Were Looking For
Were looking for an OT who is skilled warm motivated and excited to be part of a collaborative team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current California Occupational Therapist license
- Experience working with clients with developmental physical or cognitive challenges preferred
- Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
