Position Overview:
The Senior Manager Human Resources is responsible for leading and managing all HR functions while acting as a strategic HR Business Partner to the management team. This role ensures that HR strategies policies and practices support business objectives while maintaining compliance with Thai labor laws and corporate governance.
The position oversees key HR functions including Compensation & Benefits Recruitment Payroll Organizational Development Employee Relations Training & Development and HR Compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Business Partnering
Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to the management team providing professional HR advice and support on HR policies labor law recruitment compensation and people management.
Support business leaders in achieving corporate objectives through effective HR strategies.
Provide guidance to line managers on employee relations issues including performance management absence discipline and grievance handling.
Coach managers and employees on HR policies processes and best practices.
Support talent management initiatives including succession planning employee development and talent retention.
Manage workforce planning activities including recruitment transfers terminations and headcount reporting.
Participate in HR and business projects to support organizational priorities and change initiatives.
HR Topic Management
Oversee and manage HR functions including HR policies compensation & benefits recruitment organizational development compliance payroll and employee development.
Ensure HR policies and practices align with both business requirements and corporate governance.
Manage the payroll process to ensure accuracy compliance and timely processing.
Oversee the compensation structure salary review process and benefit programs in accordance with company policies and market practices.
Contribute to the design and development of compensation and benefits programs where required.
Employee Relations
Represent the organization in employee relations matters and negotiations.
Provide guidance on sensitive HR matters and ensure proper resolution.
Support legal matters related to employment disputes when required.
HR Policies and Compliance
Ensure compliance with company policies HR guidelines and Thai labor regulations.
Support business units in handling integrity and compliance matters.
Develop review and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with legislation.
Manage internal and external HR audits.
Coordinate with external HR vendors and service providers.
Participate as a member of the Crisis Management Team.
Act as the Local Occupational Health and Safety Coordinator.
Training and Development
Support and guide managers in employee development and talent management processes.
Manage performance appraisal and potential development processes.
Coordinate employee development programs and training plans aligned with business needs.
Conduct training needs analysis and manage the implementation of training programs.
Support employee engagement and cultural development initiatives including employee surveys.
HR Budget Planning and Control
Manage HR operational planning and reporting in collaboration with HQ HR and the Controlling team.
Monitor and manage HR budgets including recruitment employee engagement insurance and training programs to ensure cost efficiency.
