An AmLaw 50 law firm is looking to add a mid- to senior-level associate to its Cyber / Data / Privacy team in Seattle.

What Youll Be Doing
Youll be advising clients across a wide range of industriesfrom emerging companies to major tech and life sciences organizationson privacy and cybersecurity matters. The work includes counseling on compliance with laws like CCPA CPRA and GDPR supporting data privacy aspects of corporate and technology transactions and advising on incident response and breach preparedness.
This role also gives you the chance to take the lead on client matters manage complex projects and work directly with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
What Theyre Looking For
- 47 years of experience in cyber/data/privacy law
- Experience advising on privacy compliance (CCPA CPRA GDPR etc.)
- Experience with data privacy in transactions and commercial agreements
- Exposure to incident response and breach preparedness preferred
- Strong analytical writing and communication skills
- Ability to manage projects and interact directly with clients
- Strong academic credentials
