Job Summary
ABX Collision Center in Sorrento Valley is looking to add a receptionist / customer service representative to our team. Auto Body office experience is a plus; we are willing to train the candidate that has the skills and personality that fits best in this environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greeting all customers and vendors in a timely friendly and professional manner
- Answer all phone calls consistently; relay messages immediately to the correct recipient
- Monitor DRP assignments throughout the day schedule repair and estimate appointments
- Performs other administrative/clerical related duties as assigned
