YC Baker Assistant Summer 2026

Yellowstone Clubs Culinary department is currently seeking candidates for a Baker Assistant for this upcoming summer season.

Purpose: To assist the head baker with all baking production.

• Always display hospitality and professionalism to our members.
• Take pride in representing Yellowstone Club professionally with our members
• Assure that all transactions with guests are handled in a legal and ethical manner.
• Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures.
• In the event of an accident or emergency seek medical attention if necessary and contact the General Manager or Human Resources immediately.
• Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and promote a positive working environment.

Essential Job Functions:

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skills and/or abilities required. • Must be able to work overnight shift
• Manage delivery logistics of bakery products to all restaurant outlets

• Work with the head baker to with the core processes listed below:

• Viennoiserie (croissants danish puff pastry)
• Sourdough (naturally leavened breads high hydration doughs)
• Baguettes ( mix shape and bake)
• Donuts (Multiple varieties including cake and some GF)
• Quick breads (muffins coffee cakes)

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes quality and presentation standards and food prep checklists.
• Prepare ingredients for cooking including portioning chopping and storing food before use.
• Safely and appropriately use baking and measuring tools/equipment/appliances to prepare baked foods.

Experience/Education Required:

Bachelors degree; Certificate in culinary arts or relevant field; 6 years as a line cook; 3 years of staff management experience or equivalent; Comprehensive knowledge of world class hospitality and service management.

Experience/Education Preferred:

Experience as a Baker in both independent operations and luxury hotels is preferred.
