Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Tax Analyst. They have a desire to provide the best possible payroll experience for their customers. This is a direct/permanent hire. The office is located in Richmond VA (Glen Allen).
What will you do
- Become a subject matter expert on payroll taxes.
- Analyze data using Excel or other software to ensure accuracy and verify tax details.
- Work within payroll software to upload documents and input data.
- Occassionally work directly with clients to help them understand tax obligations and/or payroll processes.
Required Skills
- At least 1 year of administrative or analytical experience in finance banking or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience with Excel or other data related tools
- Expertise in interacting with clients to gather requirements troubleshoot and provide solutions.
- Naturally detail-oriented resourceful and self driven.
