Curtin Heritage Living provides maintenance and gardening services in our residential care homes and retirement living communities and to clients living in their own homes.
The Opportunity
The role is hands-on and you will be participating in maintenance each day along with some gardening work as needed.
You will support the Maintenance Manager with the coordination of products and resources to ensure that we deliver top quality service and care to those in our community.
You will be based at our Marine Views Cottesloe site situated right on the beach however you will be required to travel to our other local sites and to our clients homes from time to time.
You will be an experienced motivated maintenance professional who is organised and likes working with a team. You should have a strong work ethic and take great pride in your work. We are well resourced and you will receive great support from onsite managers who care about the work you do.
You will have:
- Experience working in a varied maintenance role
- Prior Electrical Plumbing or Carpentry knowledge
- A desire for quality workmanship
- An interest in working with older clientele
- Computer literacy all our systems are electronic
- A Current drivers license
- A National police clearance - we can help you to get one if you need
