Job Title : Centralized Service Management

Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive IT Operations initiatives including observability (ELK) SRE practices and AIOps adoption.
- Lead implementation and adoption of centralized logging monitoring and dashboards across applications.
- Collaborate with infrastructure development and business teams to onboard systems into monitoring frameworks.
- Manage and improve Incident Problem Change Capacity and Knowledge Management processes.
- Oversee end-to-end incident lifecycle and ensure timely resolution and escalation.
- Identify and implement automation and continuous improvement initiatives in IT Operations.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to ITSM/ITIL standards.
- Define and standardize operational processes frameworks and documentation.
- Track KPIs MIS reporting and operational metrics using dashboards and analytics tools.
- Manage programs/projects risks dependencies and stakeholder communication.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment across teams.
- Support enterprise risk reporting governance and audit requirements.
Requisites
- Strong experience in IT Operations ITSM processes and service management.
- Hands-on expertise in ELK Stack (Elasticsearch Logstash Kibana) and observability tools.
- Knowledge of SRE practices high availability systems and AIOps concepts.
- Experience with ServiceNow Power BI data analytics and MIS reporting.
- Understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile Scrum Waterfall Kanban).
- Familiarity with DevOps tools CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure environments.
- Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.
- Experience in incident problem and capacity management processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage tasks priorities risks and escalations effectively.
- Experience in process improvement automation and transformation initiatives.
- Good understanding of BFSI or exchange domain
