Role Description:

• Manage Business Analyst responsibilities across projects
  
• Responsible and accountable for requirement gathering and documentation (high-level and detailed)
  
• Analyze multiple data sources and compare with target data
  
• Effectively communicate insights and requirements to stakeholders
  

Essential Skills:

Google Cloud & Data Engineering:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud services:
  • BigQuery
    
  • Dataflow
    
  • Dataproc
    
  • Cloud Functions
    
  • Cloud Data Fusion
    
  • Cloud Composer
    

Business Analysis & Design:

• Strong experience in requirement gathering and technical design documentation
  
• Ability to create both high-level and detailed solution designs
  
• Experience developing data ingestion frameworks for multiple data sources
  

Data & BI Expertise:

• Strong experience in end-to-end reporting and visualization architecture
  
• Expertise in solution design and development in BI and data warehousing
  

Power BI Skills:

• Advanced dashboard development
  
• Experience with:
  • Complex calculations
    
  • Parameters bins hierarchies filters
    
  • Calculated fields date tables and groups
    
• Data modeling using Star and Snowflake schemas
  
• Strong DAX skills for calculations
  

Tableau Skills:

• Development of user-friendly insightful dashboards
  
• Experience with:
  • LOD expressions
    
  • Table calculations & quick table calculations
    
  • Filters and execution order
    
  • Dashboard actions dynamic parameters and sets
    
• Hands-on experience with Tableau Prep:
  • Data cleansing and transformations (join union pivot aggregate etc.)
    

Business Understanding:

• Strong ability to understand client KPIs and business drivers
  

Desirable Skills:

• Prior experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
  
• Additional experience with BI tools such as Tableau Power BI and Looker
  
• Good knowledge of GCP ecosystem
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
