Job Summary
Job Description: Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Toronto ON
Work Style: Hybrid (2 days per week in-person at Toronto office preferred
Skills: Business AnalysisDatabase Administration (DBMS)Digital / Assurance : Mobile Application Testing Experience Required: 10 & Above
Role Descriptions:
Number of years of BA experience (10 has been the preferred amount of time due to the maturity of soft skills).
Regulatory:
End-to-end requirements experience
i. Branch applications
ii. Mobile/Web
Number of years of financial institution experience:
Other banks
Other financial institutions
Domain Exp:
The pod will be working on a credit card initiative so credit card experience will be helpful.
There will be extensive mapping and working with APIs so the role is more technical
Number of years of agile experience:
Cloud migration
Database migration
Concise answers to a variety of questions.
Soft skills (leadership and collaboration):
How they plan an initiative.
How do they handle unsuccessful outcomes.
How they get up to speed.
Technical Depth of their experience:
Do they have an in-depth understanding of their systems ecosystems.
Required Skills:
