Were looking for a passionate and skilled Breakfast / Lunch Cook to join our team and help us continue to serve up delicious meals! We focus on local ingredients and beautifully plated dishes to wow our clients whether they are hotel guests or Ithaca locals.

Position:Full-Time Dinner Cook
Hours:Afternoon to Evening
Salary:Competitive based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dinner items including pastas steaks burgers & fish dishes.
• Prep food items for service.
• Follow recipes and presentation standards to create appealing and delicious dishes.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
• Maintain proper food handling safety and sanitation standards.
• Adapt to special dietary requests and preferences as needed.
• Assist with catering/ special events within hotel.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a dinner cook or similar role preferably in a hotel or café setting.
• Strong knowledge of dinner cooking techniques and pastry preparation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for food and baking.
• Positive attitude and strong team player with good communication skills.
• Certification in food handling or culinary arts is a plus.
