Job Summary
Location: Reynoldsburg OHPay Rate: $16$18 per hourJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production this role you will operate and monitor industrial machinery used in manufacturing components or products ensuring each machine runs efficiently and safely. You will work within a team to meet production goals while maintaining quality standards and adhering to safety procedures. This position is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic mechanical aptitude and a willingness to ResponsibilitiesAs a Machine Operator your primary duties will include:Set up operate and tend production machines according to company procedures and work machine functions and adjust controls to maintain specified production levels and ensure product finished products for accuracy and quality reporting any anomalies to routine cleaning maintenance and safety checks on machines before and after accurate production logs counts and quality raw materials into machines and prepare equipment for upcoming all plant safety protocols including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors about production progress or equipment with other tasks and duties as assigned to support smooth production QualificationsHigh school diploma GED or to follow written and verbal attention to detail and commitment to mechanical aptitude and willingness to operate and learn to safely lift and move materials (typically up to 2550 lbs) and stand for extended experience in a manufacturing or industrial machine operator with reading basic blueprints or work orders.
