Location: Richardson TX (This position is 100% onsite at our headquarters in Richardson TX requiring attendance in-office 5 days a week Monday-Friday.)

The Senior Corporate Communications Specialist plays a critical role in planning and executing strategic communication initiatives that engage internal and external audiences. This position is responsible for developing high-impact content managing communication channels and ensuring alignment with Lennoxs brand voice and business priorities. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Communications the Senior Specialist will lead content strategy oversee execution of communication calendars and collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent messaging.

Responsibilities

• Serve as communications lead and strategic communications advisor to internal clients determining appropriate tone message and channel to deliver clear and effective messaging
• Plan and manage a comprehensive content calendar for internal and external messaging ensuring deadlines are met.
• Draft and distribute press releases media advisories and external communications that reflect Lennoxs corporate voice and strategic priorities.
• Coordinate distribution of internal communications across multiple channels (email intranet digital signage).
• Manage incoming communication requests partnering with internal stakeholders to assess needs and deliver content support.
• Support media relations efforts including responding to inquiries coordinating interviews and maintaining media contact lists.
• Develop and schedule social media content to support campaigns announcements and brand engagement across platforms
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners to align messaging with organizational goals.

• Bachelors degree in journalism communications public relations or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail and brand voice.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic communications.

Compensation:This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $79000-$104000annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills education experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Companys applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
