Position Overview

Pantheon Data is seeking a Program Integration Acquisition Specialist to provide coordination for evaluation activities collect feedback and drive follow-up actions from technological demonstrations and tests. This specialist collects and evaluates data and formulates products to present analysis and recommendations to drive decisions within the organization. The ideal candidate will excel at developing products tracking data developing data-driven insights developing operational timelines and supporting requirements for execution in support of the U.S. Armys technological development and acquisition programs.

Responsibilities

  • Program Tracking: Provide coordination for evaluation activities collect feedback and drive follow-up actions.
  • Maintain and update calendars and schedules milestones and deadlines.
  • Ensure evaluation outcomes are captured analyzed and transitioned into actionable requirements and decisions.
  • Data Management: Develop and manage Excel-based trackers and other documentation to monitor program performance and to advance objectives. Maintain SharePoint Data Repositories.
  • Visualization & Reporting: Create PowerPoint presentations to provide leadership with real-time insights into technology updates.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate and timely reporting across all acquisition activities.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelors degree required; coursework in operations research and data analytics is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Federal programs; planning preferably have a background in combat arms (Infantry Armor Engineer Artillery) with experience at the senior staff (LTC / COL / SES) level.
  • Graduate of Command and General Staff or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to maintaining trackers and calendars for complex projects.
  • Demonstrated project management experience including managing multiple initiatives with varying deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior-level officials and communicate directives clearly and professionally.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.

Clearance Requirements

U.S. Citizenship with a Secret Security Clearance with the ability to upgrade to a Top Secret Clearance.

Work Location: 5 Days Onsite Crystal City Arlington VA.

  • If this position is assigned to a Pantheon Data office location or client site youll work with colleagues and clients in person as needed for specific client requirements.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $170000 - $185000. This is not however a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather salary will be set based on experience geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
