Quatro Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join an industry leader on the Western Harbour Tunnel & Sydney Harbour Tunnel.
About the Role:
In this role you will be at the heart of one of Sydneys most critical transport corridors working under a long-term contract with Transport for NSW (TfNSW) to ensure the safety and reliability of tunnel operations for years to come. As a Maintenance Planner you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning scheduling and monitoring of maintenance and project works. You will work closely with the Asset Management and Maintenance teams to drive performance through data-led insights and rigorous resource management. Based in North Sydney Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with quarterly shut downs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise the Asset Information Management System (AIMS) and Maximo to generate work orders and coordinate internal teams and external contractors.
- Facilitate weekly lookahead meetings and coordinate closure activities to maximize project outputs while minimising interface risks.
- Conduct monthly audits on completed works to verify adherence to regulatory standards and approved plans.
- Prepare and deliver maintenance performance dashboards KPI reports and asset condition data for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist the Asset Team with condition assessments and data validation to ensure the longevity of tunnel infrastructure.
Minimum Requirments:
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or a construction-related discipline.
- A solid working knowledge of Asset Management principles (ISO 55000).
- Previous exposure to road maintenance or construction activities with a proven ability to analyse and interpret engineering data.
- Advanced IT skills with the ability to provide training and troubleshooting for system users.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to liaise effectively with TfNSW subcontractors and internal delivery teams.
Highly Regarded:
- Experience within the roads and tunnels industry.
- Certified Asset Management Assessor (CAMA) certification.
- Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo solutions.
