About the Role

Contract Role minimum 12 months - Greenfield Implementation Brand New Maintenance Platform Major Transformation

Collins Foods is replacing its existing maintenance system with a brand new modern platform a true greenfield opportunity to design and deliver best-practice asset maintenance processes from the ground up.

This is a high-impact hands-on role for a Business Analyst who is passionate about maintenance systems and ready to take on a significant challenge in a large-scale multi-site transformation program.

If youve delivered CMMS/EAM implementations before and love building something new rather than patching the old this is your next big move.

What Youll Do

  • Lead dynamic workshops to capture and shape future-state maintenance requirements for the new platform
  • Analyse legacy processes and design innovative practical best-practice solutions
  • Drive requirements traceability solution evaluation and key configuration decisions
  • Play a hands-on role across the full delivery lifecycle from data migration and system configuration through to testing go-live and hyper care
  • Coordinate UAT resolve defects and deliver outstanding user adoption and training support
  • Act as the vital bridge between maintenance teams technology specialists and external vendors
  • Contribute to post go-live optimisation that will transform maintenance practices across hundreds of sites

About You

Youre a confident delivery-focused Business Analyst with real experience in maintenance and asset management systems. You thrive on greenfield projects and are excited by the opportunity to design and implement a brand-new platform.

Youll bring:

  • Strong proven experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Specialist on CMMS EAM or enterprise maintenance platform implementations
  • Excellent skills in process mapping requirements elicitation and workshop facilitation
  • The ability to communicate and influence effectively with both technical and operational stakeholders
  • A structured proactive solutions-oriented mindset with strong ownership and attention to detail
  • Background in maintenance asset management facilities field operations or multi-site environments (QSR retail or hospitality experience is a big plus)
