Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Marketing Virtual Assistant to support digital marketing activities with a strong focus on paid advertising and social media. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organized detail-oriented and confident in executing day-to-day marketing tasks independently.
The ideal candidate will have solid practical experience in Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads organic social media management and email marketing and is comfortable working in a fast-paced small business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Set up manage monitor and optimize Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
Manage organic social media accounts across Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and TikTok
Prepare and manage email marketing campaigns including newsletters and automated sequences
Write and adapt marketing copy for social posts advertisements and email content
Maintain content calendars campaign schedules and task lists
Track marketing performance report on progress and flag issues or opportunities
Ensure all work is delivered accurately on time and to a high standard
Required Skills & Experience
Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads including campaign setup monitoring and optimization
Hands-on experience managing social media accounts for business use
Experience in email marketing including newsletters and basic automations
Strong copywriting and written communication skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage priorities across limited weekly hours

Salary: $9 per hour
