Job Summary
Role and Responsibilities:
HR Department
- Management trainees in HR will focus on providing recruitment support and enhancing employee engagement..
- Assist in sourcing candidates for production and commercial roles.
- Help with onboarding paperwork and apprentice training records.
- Track attendance and support payroll data entry for factory staff.
Finance Department
- Finance trainees handle basic accounting and reporting tasks.
- Prepare trial balances and assist in monthly financial closings.
- Support bank reconciliations and TDS/GST filings.
- Maintain ledgers for yarn production costs and inventory valuation.
Purchase Department
- Purchase apprentices manage vendor coordination for raw materials like cotton.
- Verify purchase orders against supplier invoices.
- Track material receipts and update stock records.
- Assist in negotiating rates with local and regional suppliers.
Commercial Department
- Commercial trainees support sales and export documentation.
- Prepare sales invoices and follow up on payments.
- Coordinate dispatch of yarn orders to domestic clients.
- Maintain customer records and basic MIS reports for sales targets.
Requirements
Tenure- 12-18 months (Management Trainee Apprenticeship Program)
Departments- HR Finance Purchase Commercial
Eligibility- Any Graduate/Post Graduate (Regular) with excellent communication skills
