Job Summary

Design develop and maintain high-performance reusable and reliable frontend code for web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React or Angular).
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into pixel-perfect responsive and accessible user interfaces.
Optimize applications for maximum speed scalability and cross-browser compatibility.
Implement and enforce code quality standards through code reviews linting and testing practices.
Work closely with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
Lead frontend architecture decisions and drive the adoption of best practices in component design state management and performance optimization.
Mentor and guide junior frontend developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Stay up to date with emerging trends tools and technologies in the frontend ecosystem and recommend strategic improvements.
Participate in agile development cycles including sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives.

Requirements

25 years of professional experience in frontend development with a strong portfolio of production-grade applications.
Expertise in HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript (ES6) and modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
Proven experience with state management libraries (e.g. Redux Vuex NgRx) and build tools (e.g. Webpack Vite Parcel).
Strong understanding of responsive design principles accessibility standards (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility.
Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows (e.g. GitFlow).
Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest Cypress or RTL) and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving skills attention to detail and a commitment to writing clean maintainable and well-documented code.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience working in agile environments and contributing to scalable enterprise-level applications is highly preferred.
