Job Summary
To drive sales growth by identifying potential customers promoting products and building strong client relationships to achieve business targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits calls and networking
- Promote and sell company products to prospective customers
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and sales proposals
- Negotiate pricing terms and close sales deals effectively
- Maintain records of sales activities customer interactions and follow-ups
- Submit regular sales and performance reports to management
Qualifications
- Any Degree with 25 years of experience in sales
- Experience in garments/textiles industry preferred

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Good marketing knowledge and understanding of market trends
- Excellent relationship-building and customer handling skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
