Summary

We are looking for a Field Collection Executive responsible for visiting customers and collecting outstanding payments while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

Visit customers at assigned locations to collect outstanding payments
Ensure timely and accurate cash/digital collections
Follow up on overdue accounts and pending payments
Maintain daily collection reports and submit to the supervisor
Build and maintain good customer relationships
Follow company policies compliance and ethical collection practices
Coordinate with internal teams for dispute resolution and updates

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of experience in field collections
Experience in NBFC / BFSI / Telecom / Utility collections preferred
Must have own two-wheeler & valid Driving License
Comfortable working in the field and achieving daily targets
Male candidates only

Benefits

Salary: 13000 Net Take Home
