Meta & Google Mastery: Complete ownership of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search Display Video PMax) ensuring best-in-class structure and bidding tactics.
End-to-End Management: Managing the entire workflow from media planning and pixel integration to daily optimizations and final reporting.
Data-Driven Optimization: Constantly testing creatives audiences and landing pages to lower CAC and improve ROAS at scale.
Stakeholder Reporting: Providing deep-dive insights and performance audits to global brand leads and internal account directors.
Platform Innovation: Staying ahead of privacy changes (iOS14 Cookie-less future) and leveraging automated bidding and AI-driven features on biddable platforms.
Requirements
IDEAL PROFILE:
The Biddable Specialist: 2 years of hardcore experience in performance marketing within an agency or a global-first brand.
Market Versatility: Proven track record of managing campaigns for International/Global Markets (understanding of regional nuances currencies and time zones).
Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Google Ads and Meta Ads; familiarity with GA4 GTM and third-party tracking tools is a plus.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to handle large datasets and translate them into "Performance Stories" for clients.
