Job Summary
High-rise design and construction leadership regulatory compliance (DCPR 2034) stakeholder management.
- Lead end-to-end design and construction processes for high-rise and commercial projects.
- Ensure strict adherence to DCPR 2034 and all relevant regulatory frameworks governing Mumbais built environment.
- Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and municipal authorities to maintain compliance and project timelines.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders including clients government agencies and community representatives.
- Provide strategic oversight on technical legal and environmental aspects of project delivery.
- Conduct regular reviews of project progress risks and compliance status to ensure alignment with objectives.

Requirements: 25 years experience in High Rise and Commercial Construction; updated knowledge of DCPR 2034 and relevant regulations of Mumbais real estate industry.
- In-depth up-to-date knowledge of DCPR 2034 and Mumbais evolving real estate regulatory landscape.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale complex construction initiatives in urban settings.
- Strong leadership communication and negotiation skills with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to manage regulatory approvals compliance audits and project delivery under tight timelines.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables formulas charts). Excellent presentation skills using PowerPoint. Knowledge of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Time and Motion Study Process Qualification - MBA in Analytics/Operation or related field
