- Ensure compliance with local state and national legal and regulatory requirements.
- Support construction procurement processes by providing legal and contractual guidance.
- Collaborate with project teams legal advisors and external stakeholders to resolve contractual issues.
- Maintain up-to-date records of contract documentation and performance tracking.
- Monitor contract execution and ensure adherence to terms conditions and timelines.
Requirements
Qualification: ME / BE Civil Engineering.
Requirements: 15 years experience in drafting managing and execution of contracts for High Rise and Commercial Construction; updated knowledge of relevant regulations.
- In-depth knowledge of construction laws regulations and industry standards.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and contractual risk management.
- Excellent analytical negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in contract management tools and documentation systems.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables formulas charts). Excellent presentation skills using PowerPoint. Knowledge of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Time and Motion Study Process Qualification - MBA in Analytics/Operation or related field
