IP & Rights Management: Safeguarding Intellectual Property (IP) and managing the "Chain of Title" for creative projects including synchronisation rights and master recording licenses.
Artist & Talent Agreements: Structuring fair yet protective contracts for singers composers actors and technicians.
Brand & Influencer Collaborations: Managing legal frameworks for high-decibel brand endorsements social media collaborations and integrated marketing tie-ups.
Production Compliance: Providing legal oversight for on-ground production activities ensuring adherence to industry standards and labor laws.
Risk Mitigation: Identifying potential legal bottlenecks in creative workflows and providing "creative-friendly" solutions to resolve them.
Requirements
The Industry Insider: Proven experience as a legal professional within the Music Film or Media sectors. Familiarity with the "Meet Bros" ecosystem is a major plus.
IP Power User: Deep expertise in Indian Copyright Law Trademark protection and international IP standards.
Contractual Ninja: Ability to draft airtight agreements that balance "Legal Safety" with the "Speed of Creativity."
Freelance Mindset: Highly organized able to manage multiple project-based mandates simultaneously with minimal supervision.
Networker: Experience in dealing with talent agencies music labels and OTT platform legal teams.
