Position Overview: The ERP System Administrator - MyClassboard will be responsible for the daily management configuration and support of the MyClassboard ERP system at Nalanda Educational Institutions. This role involves ensuring the system meets institutional needs providing user support training staff and maintaining data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
System Administration:
- Manage the MyClassboard ERP system to ensure it aligns with the institutions academic and administrative requirements.
- Configure and customize modules and features within MyClassboard.
- Perform regular system updates patches and maintenance tasks.
- Ensure system performance and reliability through regular monitoring and troubleshooting.
User Support:
- Provide technical support to staff and students for MyClassboard-related queries and issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related problems in a timely manner.
- Act as the primary liaison with MyClassboard support for advanced technical issues and escalations.
Training and Documentation:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for staff on the use of MyClassboard.
- Create and maintain user guides manuals and other instructional materials to assist users.
- Conduct regular refresher training sessions to ensure optimal and updated use of the system.
Data Management:
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the MyClassboard system.
- Perform regular data audits backups and data recovery procedures as needed.
- Manage user accounts roles and permissions to ensure secure and appropriate access to the system.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate and distribute standard and customized reports to support decision-making processes.
- Analyze system data to identify trends areas for improvement and ensure data-driven decisions.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards as needed by various departments.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline workflows and ensure effective use of the MyClassboard system.
- Stay updated on new features and updates in MyClassboard to recommend and implement system enhancements.
Compliance and Security:
- Ensure data security and privacy in accordance with institutional policies and regulations.
- Implement and monitor compliance with data protection standards.
- Regularly review and update system security protocols to protect against data breaches and other vulnerabilities.
Project Management:
- Lead and manage projects related to the implementation upgrade and enhancement of the MyClassboard system.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor and report on project progress to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing ERP systems preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of ERP system configuration customization and administration.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in using and managing the MyClassboard ERP system is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train and support end-users effectively.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in educational technology and understanding of the academic environment.
- Familiarity with data security and privacy regulations.
- Certification in ERP system administration or related fields is a plus.
Work Environment:
