Job Summary

Role Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Business Development Managers (Field
Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills a
passion for sales and a track record of exceeding targets. As a Business Development
Manager you will be responsible for promoting our products/services engaging with customers
and achieving sales goals.


Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers within the B2B segment by conducting 710 cold
visits every day
Educate customers about our products/services and demonstrate their benefits
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat
business
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs regularly

Requirements

Required Skills & Competencies:
Customer Engagement: Ability to influence and connect with potential customers
Sales Skills: Present and demonstrate solutions effectively to B2B clients
Relationship Building: Foster long-term client relationships
Target-Oriented: Proven ability to hit and exceed sales metrics
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and people skills to engage diverse
business owners.

Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Minimum graduate-level education required
Experience: At least 35 years of field sales experience
Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Hindi; Marathi is a plus
Motivation: Self-driven energetic and goal-focused
Teamwork: Capable of working independently and as part of a team
