What you will do:
Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact and build strong client relationships
Campaign Management & Optimization: Manage end-to-end digital campaigns and optimize performance
Revenue Growth: Identify upsell opportunities across PMP PG and programmatic deals
Programmatic Expertise: Work with SSPs like PubMatic Magnite OpenX
Reporting & Insights: Share performance reports and actionable insights
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Ad Ops Tech and Sales teams
Client Retention: Ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Requirements
13 years in AdTech / Digital Advertising
Strong understanding of SSPs DSPs RTB PMP
Experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM)
Strong communication and analytical skills
Experience with US EU APAC markets
Knowledge of GDPR
Familiarity with analytics tools

Required Skills:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales or a related field; MBA preferred. Experience: 3-7 years of experience in business development sales or a similar role with a proven track record of achieving revenue growth. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with specific industry and its market dynamics trends and challenges. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. Negotiation & Persuasion: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and create win-win outcomes for the business and clients. Analytical Skills: Ability to gather analyze and interpret data to inform business strategies and decision-making processes. CRM Expertise: Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce HubSpot or Zoho to track leads deals and progress. Self-Starter: Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. .
