Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EDMCS Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS) and broader exposure to the Oracle EPM Cloud ecosystem.

This role involves end-to-end EDMCS implementations enhancements and managed services support for global clients. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in metadata governance hierarchy management and integration with EPM applications along with the ability to operate in a 245 SLA-driven support environment.

Key Responsibilities

EDMCS Implementation & Support

• Lead and support Oracle EDMCS implementations upgrades and enhancements.
  

• Design and manage metadata governance models hierarchies node types and workflows.
  

• Configure and maintain EDMCS subscriptions and integrations with downstream systems.
  

• Ensure alignment with business requirements and governance standards.
  

Oracle EPM Ecosystem Support

• Support Oracle EPM Cloud and On-Prem applications.
  

• Work on integrations with:
  

  • EPBCS / PBCS
    

  • FCCS
    

  • ARCS
    

  • PCMCS
    

  • Essbase / DRM
    

• Provide functional and technical support across EPM modules.
  

Managed Services & Operations

• Handle incident management service requests and production support.
  

• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and issue resolution.
  

• Ensure adherence to SLA timelines and quality standards.
  

• Work within a ticketing system for tracking and updates.
  

Integration & Technical Work

• Support integrations using:
  

  • EPM Automate
    

  • Data Management tools
    

  • REST APIs for EPM Cloud
    

• Perform performance tuning and optimization of EPM processes.
  

Documentation & Governance

• Prepare and maintain:
  

  • Functional design documents
    

  • Configuration workbooks
    

  • Test cases
    

  • Knowledge transfer (KT) documents
    

  • Client status reports
    

• Participate in knowledge sharing and best practices development.
  

Mandatory Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EDMCS

Expertise in:

• Metadata management
  

• Hierarchy modeling
  

• Workflow configuration
  

• Data governance processes
  

Experience in Oracle EPM Cloud implementations/support

Experience working in Managed Services / SLA-driven environments

Strong troubleshooting and production support experience
