The role involves mass hiring of blue-collar workforce along with supporting day-to-day operational coordination. Key Responsibilities Recruitment (Major Focus)

• Handle mass hiring for QSR roles (Delivery Executives Kitchen Staff Helpers etc.)
  

• Conduct field recruitment drives (job fairs walk-ins local sourcing)
  

• Source candidates through market visits consultancies and local networks
  

• Screen and shortlist candidates for quick deployment
  

• Ensure fast closures and onboarding Operations (Additional Responsibility)
  

• Coordinate with store/cluster managers for manpower planning
  

• Ensure joining attendance and shift alignment
  

• Handle basic employee queries and issue resolution
  

• Support documentation and onboarding process
  

• Monitor attrition and replacement hiring
  

• Maintain coordination between HR and operations team Requirements
  

• Mandatory QSR hiring experience
  

• Experience in blue-collar / bulk hiring
  

• Basic understanding of QSR operations
  

• Fluency in Hindi & English (mandatory)
