Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with candidates via calls emails and messages
- Understand candidate requirements and suggest suitable opportunities
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring teams
- Follow up with candidates and maintain engagement
- Maintain records of candidate interactions
- Support in achieving team hiring targets
Requirements
Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
Interest in recruitment counseling or sales
Basic understanding of hiring/HR (preferred not mandatory)
Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
