Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Connect with candidates via calls emails and messages
Understand candidate requirements and suggest suitable opportunities
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring teams
Follow up with candidates and maintain engagement
Maintain records of candidate interactions
Support in achieving team hiring targets

Requirements

Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)

Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)

Interest in recruitment counseling or sales

Basic understanding of hiring/HR (preferred not mandatory)

Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
