Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Schematic / High-Speed Design Engineer with strong expertise in end-to-end hardware product development. The ideal candidate should have deep experience in high-speed PCB design board bring-up and debugging along with exposure to modern communication systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-speed schematics and drive end-to-end product development (requirement mass production)
- Work on board bring-up debugging and validation
- Guide PCB layout team on stack-up routing SI/PI considerations
- Collaborate with mechanical and cross-functional teams
- Review and analyze signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) results
- Prepare technical documents: engineering specs bring-up plans validation reports
- Independently own modules and ensure high-quality delivery
Required Skills
- Strong experience in high-speed hardware design & schematic development
- Hands-on with ARM processors FPGAs controllers (Xilinx NXP Microchip)
- Expertise in high-speed interfaces: PCIe DDR4 USB 3.0 1G/10G Ethernet MIPI
- Knowledge of low-speed interfaces: SPI I2C UART
- Experience with PCB bring-up and hardware debugging
- Ability to guide teams on layout and design best practices
- Strong documentation skills
Good to Have
- Knowledge of RF design
- Experience in communication/networking projects
- Familiarity with spectrum analyzers & SMD soldering
