Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Schematic / High-Speed Design Engineer with strong expertise in end-to-end hardware product development. The ideal candidate should have deep experience in high-speed PCB design board bring-up and debugging along with exposure to modern communication systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-speed schematics and drive end-to-end product development (requirement mass production)
  • Work on board bring-up debugging and validation
  • Guide PCB layout team on stack-up routing SI/PI considerations
  • Collaborate with mechanical and cross-functional teams
  • Review and analyze signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) results
  • Prepare technical documents: engineering specs bring-up plans validation reports
  • Independently own modules and ensure high-quality delivery

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in high-speed hardware design & schematic development
  • Hands-on with ARM processors FPGAs controllers (Xilinx NXP Microchip)
  • Expertise in high-speed interfaces: PCIe DDR4 USB 3.0 1G/10G Ethernet MIPI
  • Knowledge of low-speed interfaces: SPI I2C UART
  • Experience with PCB bring-up and hardware debugging
  • Ability to guide teams on layout and design best practices
  • Strong documentation skills

Good to Have

  • Knowledge of RF design
  • Experience in communication/networking projects
  • Familiarity with spectrum analyzers & SMD soldering
