Role Summary
Looking for an experienced HRSS Lead to manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding employee lifecycle payroll coordination compliance and HR helpdesk in a high-volume staffing environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
Manage onboarding documentation and employee lifecycle processes
Ensure HR operations as per SLA & resolve employee queries (TAT)
Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure statutory compliance
Handle client/stakeholder communication and MIS reporting
Lead HRSS team and drive process improvements & automation
Key Skills
Strong HR Operations & Shared Services experience
Knowledge of payroll inputs compliance & HR lifecycle
Experience in staffing/BPO/high-volume hiring
Good stakeholder management & MIS skills
