A bit about the job
As a Credit Hire Handler youll play an important role in managing credit hire repair and liability decisions to help us deliver brilliant service for our customers. Youll join a supportive claims team that works collaboratively to investigate claims validate policy cover and negotiate fair settlements. Your work will ensure accurate decisions cost control and smooth journeys for customers during what can often be a stressful time. Youll be accountable for progressing each claim effectively capturing accurate data and keeping customers and thirdparty representatives informed throughout.
Skills and experience were looking for:
Experience in motor claims credit hire or repair management is required.
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage expectations and build effective relationships
Confident decisionmaking with the ability to interpret information and assess liability
Ability to balance customer outcomes with strong costcontrol and negotiation
Comfortable working with multiple systems and maintaining high levels of accuracy
Ways of Working
Our hybrid model offers a best of both worlds approach. This role follows a 50:50 split between home and office working giving you the flexibility of home working combined with the connection and collaboration of the office.
Please note: Training will be officebased to ensure you feel supported confident and set up for success before moving into the hybrid working pattern.
