INTERNATIONAL Case Manager
Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring consistent communication and updates throughout the life of the case.
Coordinate and monitor medical treatment records requests and billing documentation.
Work closely with attorneys to support case strategy preparation and progression.
Draft and review correspondence case summaries and other legal-related documents.
Communicate with insurance companies medical providers and other third parties in a professional and timely manner.
Track deadlines follow-ups and case milestones to ensure timely movement of all matters.
Maintain organized and up-to-date case files within the firms case management system.
Assist with settlement preparation including gathering supporting documentation and resolving outstanding balances when needed.
Provide administrative support as necessary to ensure smooth case flow.
Requirements:
Must be located outside of the United States (international candidates only).
Previous experience as a case manager legal assistant or within a personal injury law firm required.
Strong understanding of personal injury case flow and processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Google Workspace and case management software (experience with legal software is a plus).
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely full-time.
Work Schedule:
Full-time position.
Must be able to work U.S. business hours (Mountain Standard Time).
