Position Overview
We are seeking a Native English-speaking Kindergarten Teacher to join a collaborative teaching team. You will work alongside Chinese co-teachers and support staff to deliver engaging lessons and contribute to students early development in a structured bilingual environment.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 07:50 12:00 13:30 17:30
- 1.5-hour lunch break
Class Structure
- Pre-K: 18 students per class
- K1: 22 students per class
- Teaching team per class:
- 1 Foreign Teacher
- 2 Chinese Teachers
- 1 Life Teacher
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging English-language lessons to kindergarten students
- Participate in project-based and interdisciplinary teaching activities
- Support childrens development through interactive and creative learning
- Collaborate with Chinese teachers within a team-teaching structure
- Contribute to school events activities and curriculum development

- Native English speaker (USA UK Ireland Canada Australia etc.)
- Bachelors degree or above
- Passion for early childhood education and child development
- Clean criminal record
- Teaching experience preferred but not mandatory
- Eligible for a China work (Z) visa
